The situation
Employee-related processes and schedules were being managed manually in spreadsheets. Information had to move between store teams, managers and HR.
The hard part
The system needed to reflect flexible working practices and the scheduling constraints identified with the client. Fast access and practical workflows mattered to adoption.
The solution
We began with discovery and stakeholder interviews, then designed and built a platform for schedules, employee information and reporting. The published scope also includes training, launch and ongoing support.
