Questions before we start

What can we bring to the first conversation?

An idea, a problem, an existing system or a detailed plan. Share what you already have and the outcome you want.

Do you only build custom software?

We assess the problem before recommending an approach. Improving an existing platform or integrating useful systems can be part of the solution.

Who tests the software?

Our team tests the implementation against the agreed scope and important scenarios. Your team provides business context and validates acceptance; those are complementary responsibilities.

How much of our time will you need?

We need access to the relevant people and systems, timely decisions and acceptance. The expected involvement is agreed around the scope.

Can you take over an existing product?

We first review its code, environment, documentation and known issues, then agree responsibilities and a plan.

Who owns the deliverables?

Ownership, access, third-party licenses and handover obligations are set out in the project agreement before work starts.

Is an initial strategy engagement free?

The scope, price and outputs of any initial engagement are agreed in advance. There is no universal free assessment promise in this proposed offer.
