Discovery workshops
At the discovery stage we go in depth on the different user personas, the needs and expectations of each as well as the user journeys. This allows us to address potential pain points early on and optimise the user experience of your digital product.
Test your assumptions about what the different users personas will want and need from your product.
There’s no point in incorporating loads of features which makes your project costly. Incorporate only what your users value.
The understanding of your user translates into opportunities to design and build a product for maximum impact.
Don’t invest in a product you think your users want. Build with confidence knowing that what you will offer is what they need.
Understanding your user allows us to build a product that is user-centric and is designed to delight.

These are some of the most frequently asked questions about our digital and technology services.
What do I need to prepare to get a proposal?
Nothing. It’s just two clicks away, and it’s really easy. Click here to schedule a meeting with one of our tech experts. They will guide you through the process even if you have no technical knowledge or are unsure as to what solution you need.
What are the costs?
After the initial meeting with our tech expert, you will receive a proposal for a 7-day audit, which will help us define the requirements, complexity and scale of your project. After the discovery stage, where we go into specifics, you will receive a full breakdown of the tech stack, experts, timeframes, and specific costs so you can plan your budget early on.
What are the timeframes?
The timeframes depend on the scale and complexity of the project. This is something we identify during the audit and discovery stages. Usually, an MVP takes between 2-4 months.
Do you provide support and maintenance?
We provide a 6-month support guarantee on all our products. It covers any costs related to additional assistance you may need if questions come up during the first 6 months after the launch. This allows plenty of time for you to play around with your product and see how it works. If you need help after the first 6 months, we provide pay-as-you-go support where you are billed for support on an hourly basis. For larger, more complex software platforms, we also offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement). This means that you get a dedicated support team to resolve any issues that may arise so your product is always live and any technical issues are handled immediately.
Do you have experience with large-scale projects?
Yes, we do. Our team has experience and expertise in developing a wide range of products varying in size and complexity. From marketing websites to enterprise fintech projects to CRM systems and everything in between.
What industries do you have experience in?
We have built products for companies in a variety of industries: oil & gas, insurance, automotive, fintech, logistics, hospitality, e-commerce, architecture, transportation and more.
