The situation
Documents relating to tariffs, logistics rules and pricing needed to be available across offices, with control over who could access and change them.
The hard part
Different stakeholders had different requirements, while the product also needed to fit the company’s rules for access, branding and usability.
The solution
We built a centralized document management platform accessed through the company’s SSO. User permissions from the ERP determine the access available within the DMS.
