Custom CRM development

Custom CRM software that connects sales with operations.

The relationship does not end when a deal is won. We build CRM software that carries customer information into the orders, bookings and service your team needs to deliver.

Let's talk
Custom CRM software that connects sales with operations.

Scope

From the customer record to the work you promised

Model the whole relationship

Connect leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities to the customer history and next actions that the team actually needs.

Join sales to delivery

Define what happens after an accepted quote or confirmed booking. Carry the right information into operations without asking people to re-enter it.

Make the handoffs dependable

Specify integrations, permissions and notifications alongside the screens. Agree who owns each record and how exceptions are resolved.

Before implementation

Start with the customer and the next handoff.

We map the relationship beyond the sales pipeline, through the service your team needs to deliver.
The customer record

The customer record

Agree accounts, contacts, history and the records that identify one customer.

After the sale

After the sale

Follow an accepted quote, booking or order into operations.

The people involved

The people involved

Define access for sales, delivery, field staff and customers where needed.

The first connection

The first connection

Choose the workflow and integrations required for a usable first release.

Start with the customer and the next handoff.

For ParkFly, the booking had to reach the field team

Customers needed to reserve a service against real-time availability. The people delivering it needed access to booking information from their phones. The CRM connected both sides of that job.

A sales pipeline alone would not describe this scope. The handoff into delivery was part of the product. See ParkFly’s booking and CRM system.

Questions before we start

Should we customize an existing CRM instead?

That can be the right choice. We assess the existing product against your sales and delivery workflows before recommending configuration, integration or a custom platform.

Can the CRM include a customer portal?

Yes, if it serves a defined customer task. Portal access, permissions and the connection to internal operations belong in the initial scope.

Can AI be part of the system?

Where there is a useful, testable job for it. We first define the workflow, permitted data and actions, review points and failure handling. AI is a capability to evaluate, not a required feature.

What happens after your team wins the customer?

Walk us through the booking, order or service that follows. We can discuss where the CRM should carry the relationship into delivery.
