Custom automotive software development
From vehicle order to customer handover.

We build custom ERP, dealer CRM and mobile workflows for automotive importers and distributors. Purchasing, vehicle data, stock, offers, delivery and aftersales belong to the same operation. Your software should let the people doing that work follow it through.
- Importers & distributors
- Dealer networks
- Sales & aftersales
More automotive experience
We have also worked with Inter Cars and Auto Italia, the Bulgarian representative of Maserati and Ferrari.
The work we connect
One vehicle. A lot of people depending on the details.
Choose a part of the operation. See where the records, decisions and next steps need to meet.
Dealer CRM & offers
Give the salesperson what they need to make the offer.
Bring the brand, model, interior, exterior and availability into the customer conversation. Work from the list price, agree the discount and carry the accepted offer into the documents and delivery.
- 1Choose the vehicle & configuration
- 2Review the price & discount
- 3Prepare the offer & next steps
Supplier documents
The supplier changed the order. Who needs to know?
Read the incoming confirmation, match it to the order and show the differences. Quantities, dates and specifications need to reach the right records before they affect another team.
- 1Link the document to the order
- 2Compare the changed details
- 3Review the affected work
Purchasing & stock
See what is needed before committing to the next order.
Bring dealer demand, customer orders, available vehicles and incoming stock alongside payment commitments. Give the person placing the order the context to check quantities and timing.
- 1Review demand & allocated stock
- 2Check incoming supply
- 3Compare cash commitments
Logistics & handover
A later arrival changes more than a date.
Connect a shipment update to the vehicles, orders and people waiting on it. Transport, customs, inspection, warehouses and dealers each need the relevant information and a clear next step.
- 1Link the shipment update
- 2Identify affected work
- 3Notify the responsible team
Aftersales & service
Keep the vehicle history useful after the sale.
Connect the customer, vehicle, service request and responsible workshop. Internal and external service teams need the context to arrange the work and keep the customer informed.
- 1Find the customer & vehicle
- 2Coordinate the service activity
- 3Keep the next action visible

Our work / China Motor
Built around a working importer and dealer operation.
For China Motor, our team developed a platform across AI document processing, purchasing, vehicle data, dealer sales, delivery coordination, finance and multibrand aftersales. The point is the connection: information captured in one part of the business helps the next person do their job.

Start with the handoff that keeps getting stuck.
Bring us a real order, an offer or a delivery that needed too much chasing. We will work through it with your team and recommend a first scope.
- 01
Get into the details
We review the records, speak with the people doing the work and follow the exceptions. Agree what needs to change and what should stay.
A scope based on real work - 02
Build the connections
Design and develop the workflow, connect the systems involved and test the rules. Show working progress so your specialists can check the details.
A complete workflow to review - 03
Put it into use
Prepare the data, access, training and release. Stay with the product after launch and decide the next improvement from what happens in practice.
A supported release
Before we get started.
Can you connect our existing ERP or accounting system?
We review the available APIs, file exchange and other supported interfaces before recommending the integration. Record ownership, reconciliation and recovery need to be agreed alongside the connection itself.
Can you build a dealer CRM without replacing the whole platform?
Yes, when the existing systems can support the connection. We can scope dealer sales or another complete workflow first, then plan how it exchanges customer, vehicle, order and payment information with the systems that stay.
Where does AI help in an automotive platform?
Repeated document handling is one starting point: reading a supplier update, matching it to an order and highlighting what changed. We define the permitted actions, human review and error handling for each workflow. The China Motor case describes our delivery experience.
Can salespeople use the platform on a phone?
Mobile workflows can support offers, contracts, invoices and follow-up. We design around the tasks people need to complete away from a desk, with the relevant vehicle and customer information available to them.
