QA Engineer

Our Mission and Your Role:

If you are a motivated QA Specialist with a keen eye for detail and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, you could be the perfect fit for our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with development teams, project managers, and executives to ensure quality across all stages of development.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on customer specifications.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify potential issues and misunderstandings.
• Perform various tests, including performance, to ensure the system meets documented requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, providing detailed feedback for bug fixes.
• Participate early in the planning and estimation processes, providing product feedback.
• Manage manual and exploratory testing efforts, including usability, functional, and smoke tests.
• Set up, customize, and maintain QA management systems and tools.
• Assess readiness for product releases and recommend improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:
• In-depth knowledge of web applications and web services.
• At least two years of experience in application testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Proactive in learning new methodologies and technologies.
• Proficiency in cross-browser testing and familiarity with related tools.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects without overheating
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
