An online shop is one part of the operation. For Cupffee, Perspective Unity delivered integrations with Zoho, DHL and DPD to connect commerce with customer records, product structures and delivery calculations.

Cupffee needed an ordering experience spanning product information, small and large quantities, samples, customer details and delivery. Customer and order information also needed to reach Zoho. The challenge was to consider the shop and the systems behind it as parts of the same workflow.
We delivered Zoho integration work covering product mapping for B2B and B2C formats, different cup sizes and packaging quantities. The integration work addressed the detail behind the catalogue: how products are represented in the systems used to handle the business.
Our work also included DHL integration and DPD API integration for order calculations. These connections brought carrier requirements into the e-commerce implementation alongside the Zoho integration.
Product mapping, CRM integration and carrier calculations formed part of the same delivery scope. For a business selling different product and packaging formats, the work behind the storefront matters to how an order moves through the operation.
A product name is not enough to describe this integration. Size, packaging and customer format affect how a catalogue item is represented. The connections need to account for those differences when mapping products and calculating delivery.
Bring one order and the systems it passes through. We can map the handoffs and identify where integrations would make the workflow more coherent.
