A new document platform had to fit ECONT’s existing access rules. We built a custom DMS connecting shared document access to the company’s single sign-on and ERP permissions.

ECONT needed documents covering tariffs, logistics rules and pricing to be available across offices. The platform also had to control who could access and change them. That access could not be designed separately from the company’s existing roles.
The new DMS needed to fit ECONT’s sign-on and ERP permission model, alongside stakeholder requirements for usability and branding. The integration with those systems was part of introducing the new capability.
We built a centralized document management system accessed through ECONT’s existing single sign-on. Permissions supplied by the ERP determine access within the DMS. Users reach the document workflow through the identity arrangements the company already uses.
Teams can reach the documents through a common platform.
Access is limited according to the roles supplied by the ERP.
Document work happens within the platform and its permission model, helping teams manage changes in a consistent place.
Teams can access the operational documents through one platform. The DMS uses the existing sign-on as its entry point and ERP permissions for access, bringing document work into that established model.
